They addressed a critical false positive by removing 100coins.io from the all.json list after verifying its legitimacy as a crypto exchanger, thereby reducing user-facing mislabeling. Their approach emphasized careful domain validation and data integrity, using JavaScript and JSON for database management and updates. Soft4gad also standardized commit references to enhance traceability for future audits. While the work was limited to a single bug fix, it demonstrated attention to detail and a methodical process for maintaining user safety and data quality.
