Over a two-month period, contributed to browser-use/browser-use and langgenius/dify by building features that enhanced compliance, stability, and resource accessibility. In browser-use/browser-use, updated CLA compliance attribution and explored Azure OpenAI integration within a Gradio demo, using Python and environment-variable toggles to enable flexible API support before reverting changes to maintain stability and simplify model selection. For langgenius/dify, developed a secure knowledge resource file download feature, adding a React-based UI button and backend Flask API support for signed URL generation. This work improved user communication, ensured secure file access, and established scalable workflows for knowledge resource management across both repositories.
Concise monthly summary for 2025-08 (langgenius/dify). Focused on delivering a secure, user-friendly knowledge resource download capability and enabling backend support for file metadata and signed URL generation. This work improves resource accessibility, strengthens security for file downloads, and lays groundwork for scalable download workflows across knowledge resources.

January 2025 focused on improving CLA compliance attribution and evaluating Azure OpenAI integration within the browser-use/browser-use Gradio demo. Implemented CLA email attribution update to ensure proper attribution and user communication. Explored Azure OpenAI support in the Gradio demo with an environment-variable toggle and conditional imports to meet Azure API requirements, enabling flexible deployment options. To preserve stability, the Azure integration was reverted in this period, constraining model selection to GPT-4 and GPT-3.5-turbo and reducing potential API compatibility issues. The work delivered clearer attribution, expanded testing scenarios for OpenAI/Azure configurations, and reduced risk by restoring a stable demo state. This work involved Python, Gradio, environment-variable configuration, conditional imports, and feature-flag patterns, with traceability to commits f480108ad595b8eec1f06b8e7f3fe088aaf8f15a, 698b407a6979743c39e86fbde9728cd0ecc7407c, and 7c17701de3112d0bc4748c1d9a876ec9f8af3cdb.
