Developed a forecast period visualization notice for the FASP-QAT/fasp-core-ui repository, enhancing user clarity around data visualization constraints in the modeling calculator. The solution introduced a user-facing message and refined UI logic to inform users when selected targets exceeded the forecast period, ensuring calculations continued while visualizations remained bounded by the forecast duration. This approach reduced potential misinterpretation of displayed data and improved overall usability. The work was implemented using JavaScript and JSON, leveraging front end and UI development skills to integrate the new logic seamlessly into the existing interface and document the rationale for the update within the codebase.
