Delivered a targeted feature to add appProtocol for service objects, updated service definitions, and reinforced Kubernetes best practices via unit tests. Strengthened release readiness by addressing unit-test stability and improving test coverage around replset services and init-deploy workflows. Result: smoother mesh integration, more reliable deployments, and clearer operator semantics.

May 2025: Delivered Vertex AI global endpoints support for chat completions in BerriAI/litellm, with documentation and utilities updated to enable seamless global endpoint usage. Implemented changes to the common URL construction utility to support both regional and global endpoints, enabling customers to leverage Vertex AI's global infrastructure for improved reach and flexibility. All work was tracked against commit aa11ea3a9f8ad73d6830ccdfc1de1636ca33e825, and documentation refreshed to reflect the new base URL option. No major bugs reported this month; changes are isolated, well-tested, and documented to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
