Worked on the cloudflare/ai repository to deliver features that enhanced both metrics accuracy and code quality. Focused on improving AI usage metrics by adding support for cached token details, which increased the precision of token usage reporting and contributed to more reliable business dashboards. Additionally, refactored the test suite to remove the use of the any type, thereby strengthening type safety and improving code clarity. These changes, implemented using TypeScript and full stack development skills, reduced the risk of incorrect reporting and runtime errors, supporting faster issue diagnosis and more stable system performance without introducing new bugs during the development period.
