Worked on the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository to deliver Traditional Chinese localization for the KOReader User Guide, focusing on improving accessibility for Chinese-speaking users. Leveraged PO files and Weblate to translate and manage 192 out of 1951 user guide strings, establishing a workflow that supports incremental delivery and ongoing quality assurance. Emphasized documentation, localization, and translation skills to ensure repository health and maintain clear traceability of changes. The approach enabled efficient collaboration and future scalability of localization efforts, laying the foundation for broader market reach and enhanced user experience without introducing new bugs or disrupting existing documentation workflows.
