During a two-month period, Spoons and Mirrors contributed to sst/opencode and anomalyco/opencode by building automation enhancements, batch processing tools, and improved configuration management. They implemented concurrent batch execution with per-tool UI feedback, introduced a selective message filtering mechanism, and added role-based access control for agent tooling. Their work addressed a file write race condition through per-file locking and serialization, enhancing data integrity. By integrating execution hooks and command tracking, they improved observability and extensibility. Using TypeScript and JavaScript, Spoons and Mirrors demonstrated depth in backend and CLI development, delivering features that improved tool governance, user experience, and operational reliability.
