Developed multi-file and folder upload workflows with client-side zipping using JavaScript and React, streamlining batch analysis creation and improving data organization. Enhanced backend and frontend integration for analytics by exposing and displaying generic segment data in reaction variation tables. Extended upload capabilities with tooltips and support for zipped folders, and implemented ontology-driven uploads to improve data consistency. Most recently, built two-factor authentication for user login and account management using Ruby on Rails, strengthening platform security and compliance readiness.
