Worked on the pagopa/idpay-deploy-aks repository to enhance deployment reliability and system stability, focusing on capacity improvements for higher data throughput. Applied DevOps and Kubernetes expertise to tune Kafka Connect resource allocation, automate deployments with ArgoCD, and align DEV/UAT environments through Helm configuration updates. Addressed configuration drift by pinning image tags and cleaning up unused secrets, while also improving observability with enhanced telemetry and Application Insights adjustments. Contributed to API specification hygiene and infrastructure as code using Terraform and YAML, ensuring consistent, maintainable deployments.
