Delivered updates to the AWS Account Deletion Documentation, outlining step-by-step procedures, required information, and communication channels, all structured to match the Engineering Enablement team’s formal process. Later, contributed to the AWS Tagging Documentation by clarifying the optional nature of the Product tag and providing practical use cases to reduce misconfiguration risks. Collaborated with other contributors to ensure accuracy and completeness. All changes were implemented using Markdown and HTML, emphasizing technical writing and documentation skills to improve user guidance and reduce support queries.
