During March 2025, Storm Heg worked on the surveyjs/survey-analytics repository, focusing on improving Dutch localization within the analytics UI. Storm identified and corrected translation issues affecting grouping, column visibility, chart types, and download options, directly addressing a bug reported in issue #516. Using TypeScript and applying skills in internationalization and localization, Storm ensured that Dutch-speaking users experienced clearer and more accurate interface labels. The work involved careful management of UI strings and thorough localization QA, resulting in a more reliable and user-friendly analytics experience. The depth of the contribution was targeted, addressing a specific, impactful translation problem.
