Worked on the pollinations/pollinations repository to address reliability issues related to browser storage limits during image uploads. Developed and delivered a LocalStorage quota warning system using React and JavaScript, which proactively notifies users when storage capacity is exceeded. This solution prevents silent data loss by integrating robust storage handling and user-facing alerts, ensuring that image uploads and reloads behave predictably under storage constraints. The implementation included wiring a global chat toast helper to provide consistent notifications across the application. The work focused on front end development, emphasizing user experience improvements and system resilience without introducing new features during the period.
