During January 2026, Homin CRC contributed to the home-assistant/brands repository by designing and delivering custom iconography for the Kr_eta integration. Focusing on UI clarity and consistent branding, Homin applied graphic design and UI design skills to create new SVG-based icons that improved the visual representation of Kr_eta within the Home Assistant application. The work involved updating branding assets to align with the existing design system, supporting a more cohesive user experience and reducing confusion during onboarding. Utilizing asset pipelines and version control with Git, Homin’s contributions enhanced the integration’s usability, though the scope was limited to feature delivery without bug fixes.
