
Over a two-month period, contributed to the galaxyproject/iwc repository by developing and enhancing clinical proteomics workflows, focusing on database generation and discovery processes. Built foundational features for clinical MP database generation, established documentation scaffolding, and stabilized CI/CD pipelines using YAML and GA workflow definitions. Improved test coverage and reliability through targeted updates to workflow configurations and test data management. Enhanced the Experimental Design Discovery MaxQuant workflow by refining validation and data-path fidelity, while simplifying CI definitions and reducing workflow noise. Demonstrated expertise in bioinformatics, workflow development, and configuration management, resulting in more reproducible, maintainable, and reliable clinical data workflows.
