Worked on stabilizing model integration for vision-enabled Llama4 models within the quic/efficient-transformers repository, focusing on deployment reliability and compatibility with the latest transformers library. Addressed a critical bug by updating the QEffLlama4VisionModel.forward() method to accept additional keyword arguments, ensuring smooth operation with transformers v4.57.3 and preventing runtime errors from unexpected parameters. Maintained backward compatibility and resolved ONNX export issues, allowing seamless feature extraction and export workflows. Validated these changes through end-to-end example flows, emphasizing robust production deployment. Utilized deep learning and machine learning expertise, primarily working in Python to enhance model stability and API alignment.
