Worked on the is-a-dev/register repository to deliver a domain configuration and hosting provider migration feature. Developed a centralized domain configuration system using JSON, enabling streamlined management of user details and DNS records. The approach included updating ownership metadata and refining configuration files to ensure accurate domain ownership representation and traceability. Leveraged configuration management and data formatting skills to reduce manual errors and configuration drift, while facilitating a smooth migration of DNS and CNAME records to a new hosting provider. The work established a foundation for easier future migrations and centralized control, focusing on maintainability and clarity in domain management processes.
