Worked on improving the onboarding process for the openclaw/openclaw repository by addressing a critical blocker related to missing plugin dependencies. Developed and implemented a fallback mechanism for plugin adapters, allowing the onboarding flow to continue even when the Telegram plugin was unavailable. This solution ensured that users could proceed with channel configuration without interruption, enhancing reliability and reducing onboarding friction. The work involved targeted bug fixing using TypeScript and JavaScript, with a focus on command line interface workflows and robust testing practices. These changes contributed to a smoother user experience and increased resilience in the onboarding process for new users.
