Developed a feature enhancement for the Hamming Plugin within the livekit/agents repository, focusing on expanding post-call analytics and session export capabilities. The work introduced new fields for customer metadata, external links, and session mode, enabling more detailed monitoring and richer data exports. Leveraging Python for backend and API development, the implementation included comprehensive unit testing to ensure reliability. Collaboration with other contributors was integral to the process, resulting in a robust foundation for future analytics and export improvements. This enhancement addressed the need for more granular session data, supporting data-driven insights and improved monitoring workflows for LiveKit Agents deployments.
