
Over three months, contributed to the bcgov/HOUS-permit-portal by building and enhancing features supporting Energy Step Code Part 3 workflows, robust Docker-based deployments, and performance evaluation frameworks. Leveraging Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and Docker, delivered backend and frontend integrations that enabled versioned calculation services, secure jurisdiction search, and resilient database migrations across environments. Integrated new enum values and component mappings to support evolving energy efficiency requirements while maintaining backward compatibility. Improved developer onboarding and deployment reliability through updated documentation and configuration management. Addressed both feature development and bug fixes, demonstrating a methodical approach to scalable, maintainable service design and delivery.

It also introduces an EvaluatePerformance service with corridor pressurization and suite sub-metering adjustments to enable detailed performance insights, and refactors jurisdiction search access to decouple admin fields from core logic, improving security and configurability. A small bug fix corrected a file extension to ensure proper formatting across artifacts.
