The work focused on implementing an extensible suite of security and configuration checks across more than a dozen AWS services, including S3, RDS, and VPC, using Python, Boto3, and YAML. The approach consolidated multiple code contributions into a single, maintainable feature, resolving merge conflicts and improving production hygiene through code cleanup. These enhancements strengthened the framework’s ability to assess security posture and compliance, supporting proactive monitoring and maintainability for cloud infrastructure in AWS environments.

Consolidated multiple commits into a single cohesive feature, improving security monitoring coverage, compliance posture, and maintainability. Completed code cleanup (remove print statements, comments) and merge-conflict resolution to ensure production readiness.
