Developed and delivered the Attic Nix binary cache Home Manager module for the nix-community/home-manager repository, focusing on reproducible infrastructure management. The module enables declarative configuration of the Attic Nix binary cache client using TOML, and automates store monitoring through systemd services. Implementation included comprehensive tests to validate both configuration generation and systemd unit creation, ensuring reliability and maintainability. Leveraging skills in Infrastructure as Code, Nix, and systemd, this work streamlines binary cache integration for Home Manager users, reduces operational overhead, and enhances caching performance across deployments. The contribution consisted of initial scaffolding, integration, and robust test coverage.
