Worked on the microsoft/Consent-Package repository to improve deployment reliability and maintainability. Addressed asset routing issues by updating the Vite configuration, ensuring that all assets and routes resolve correctly when the application is deployed under the '/Consent-Package/' sub-path. Enhanced deployment traceability by renaming the GitHub Actions workflow to include a '#redeploy' tag, clarifying the purpose of redeployments without altering functionality. Utilized TypeScript and YAML to implement these changes, focusing on CI/CD processes and frontend development. These updates reduced deployment risk and streamlined future updates by clarifying workflow naming and ensuring correct routing in sub-path deployment environments.
