In June 2025, Szager focused on enhancing the reliability of CSS animation tests in the mozilla/gecko-dev repository. By systematically renaming the CSS property ‘animation-trigger-type’ to ‘animation-trigger-behavior’ across test files, Szager ensured alignment with updated CSS animation specifications and reduced the risk of false test results. This work involved careful change management, with clear commit messages and traceable updates to facilitate code review and future maintenance. Utilizing skills in CSS Animations, front end development, and testing, and working primarily with HTML and JavaScript, Szager improved test accuracy and consistency, addressing a key bug and supporting ongoing standards compliance.
