Worked on the mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios repository, focusing on the PhotonActionSheet module to improve code quality and maintainability. Applied expertise in Swift, UI design, and iOS development to eliminate dead code, removing unused private functions, properties, and UI references across multiple PhotonActionSheet files. This targeted refactor addressed static-analysis warnings from Periphery, reducing false positives and lowering ongoing maintenance risk for the UI layer. The work was delivered in a single, well-documented commit with clear traceability and collaborative acknowledgment. While there were no user-facing changes, these improvements established a safer, cleaner foundation for future enhancements and streamlined ongoing development efforts.
