Worked on foundational onboarding infrastructure for the FC-InnerCircle-ICD2/fe-onboarding-project and InnerCircle-ICD3/fe-onboarding-project repositories, focusing on scalable project setup and process improvement. Established baseline repository structures, onboarding documentation, and evaluation criteria to streamline new developer ramp-up and standardize frontend workflows. Enhanced governance through CODEOWNERS, PR templates, and terminology alignment, while cleaning up obsolete files for maintainability. Addressed UI/UX issues by correcting wireframe alignment and improving onboarding asset presentation. Leveraged Git, Markdown, and YAML to implement version control, technical writing, and repository management practices, resulting in clearer onboarding paths, faster contributor onboarding, and more predictable project collaboration and maintenance.
