Developed the foundational scaffolding for the takamatsu-city/opendata repository, establishing a structured baseline to support future data publication features. The work focused on creating a repeatable and efficient setup process, including initial asset organization and comprehensive documentation to streamline contributor onboarding. Leveraging Git for version control and Markdown for documentation, the repository was structured to facilitate rapid feature development and ensure traceability of changes. No functional features or bug fixes were introduced during this period, as the primary objective was to lay the groundwork for scalable development and reproducible project setup, enhancing long-term maintainability and collaboration within the project.
