Worked on the helix-editor/helix repository to address focus inconsistencies when opening documents in multi-document editing scenarios. Delivered stabilization for the LSP ShowDocument feature by aligning document focus with the current UI state, ensuring a smoother and more predictable editing experience. Utilized Rust and front end development skills to implement the fix, validating the solution through targeted tests and manual quality assurance to minimize regression risk. This work improved reliability for developers using Language Server Protocol features, reducing support friction and enhancing productivity by providing consistent focus behavior across LSP-driven workflows. The contribution focused on bug resolution rather than new feature development.
