Worked on the labring/FastGPT repository to enhance observability for the OceanBase vector database controller by introducing a standardized logging prefix convention. This feature, implemented using TypeScript and leveraging backend development and database management skills, improved the readability and traceability of log messages throughout the controller. By aligning with established logging standards and linking the changes to a specific work item, the update enabled faster debugging and more reliable incident response. The approach focused on consistent log formatting, which supports smoother future maintenance and monitoring. No bugs were fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on this targeted logging improvement.
