Worked on the mongodb/terraform-provider-mongodbatlas repository to deliver an observability enhancement for Stream PrivateLinkEndpoint resources. Focused on improving monitoring and configuration visibility, the work involved adding new fields—error_message, provider_account_id, and interface_endpoint_name—to the model, enabling users to better troubleshoot and configure PrivateLink endpoints in MongoDB Atlas through Terraform. The implementation leveraged Go for backend logic and Terraform for infrastructure as code, with API integration to ensure seamless data flow. This targeted feature addressed the need for clearer diagnostics and operational transparency, contributing to more reliable cloud infrastructure management without introducing any bug fixes during the development period.
