Introduced path-based workflow filtering using YAML and GitHub Actions to skip unnecessary runs for non-code changes, and removed outdated Xcode setup to prevent build failures on MacOS runners. Consolidated gitignore validation into the main build-and-test workflow, streamlining testing and reducing redundant rebuilds. Standardized CI flags and updated documentation badges for improved pipeline hygiene. Addressed a bug by reverting a test-related gitignore change, ensuring correct version-control exclusions. Utilized Bash scripting, configuration management, and devops practices to deliver targeted improvements and maintain robust automation.
