Worked on enhancing the CI/CD pipeline for the Spacece-HRMS repository, focusing on Jenkinsfile updates and pipeline configuration improvements throughout January 2025. Leveraged Groovy and Shell scripting to standardize and modernize deployment processes, resulting in a more reliable and maintainable pipeline across development, staging, and production environments. The approach emphasized automation, reducing manual intervention and minimizing flaky builds while shortening build times. By centralizing CI/CD configuration and refining deployment workflows, the work enabled safer releases and quicker iteration cycles. Utilized skills in Jenkins, Git, and rsync to deliver three feature waves, with all changes aimed at pipeline stabilization and efficiency.
