Worked on the osmlab/name-suggestion-index repository to expand geographic coverage by adding Mongolia to the location sets for CU and GS25 convenience stores. This feature improved the accuracy and reach of the location suggestion index, enabling better discovery for end users. The approach involved validating store presence through external references, including official websites and open data sources, to ensure data integrity. Utilized skills in API integration, data management, and location services, with JSON as the primary data format. All changes were thoroughly documented with clear, traceable commits, supporting future audits and maintaining transparency in the project’s ongoing development process.
