During July 2025, Minh Tuy worked on the DataBytes-Organisation/Project-Echo repository, focusing on backend stability and authentication for student logins. He resolved a merge conflict in main.py, restored the missing auth_router and Json packages, and corrected module paths to re-enable authentication in the local development environment. Using Python and FastAPI, Minh Tuy stabilized the Echo authentication flow, ensuring students could log in without errors and reducing setup friction for new contributors. His work addressed a critical bug, improved dependency management, and established a more reliable baseline for future API development and backend enhancements within the project’s authentication system.
