Cale Switzer enhanced security and governance for the openfga/openfga repository by developing a top-level permission setting for the Pull Request Analyzer workflow. Focusing on CI/CD and DevOps best practices, Cale used YAML and GitHub Actions to introduce granular access controls, reducing risk in pull request processing and clarifying permission boundaries. The solution was co-authored to ensure collaborative review and secure-by-default workflow configuration, positioning the project for future audit readiness. While no bugs were addressed during this period, the work demonstrated depth in security design, workflow configuration, and cross-team coordination, laying a robust foundation for scalable automation and governance.
