Gabriel enhanced the user interface of the incubateur-ademe/nosgestesclimat-site-nextjs repository by delivering targeted accessibility improvements. Focusing on React and front end development, Gabriel refined ARIA labels and language attributes on primary controls, such as buttons, to improve screen reader compatibility and accurate language identification. This work addressed an accessibility-related issue and reinforced inclusive design principles, reducing risk for users relying on assistive technologies. Collaborating with another developer, Gabriel applied semantic HTML and accessibility testing approaches within a Next.js environment. The changes contributed to regulatory readiness and broader user adoption, demonstrating thoughtful application of JavaScript and TypeScript in accessibility engineering.
