Worked on strengthening the CI/CD foundation for the SoftDevSix/Argos repository by implementing automated workflows using GitHub Actions and YAML. Developed pipelines that trigger on pushes and pull requests, incorporating build, test, and quality checks such as conventional commit message enforcement, PR title validation, and branch name verification. Enhanced the contribution process by refining PR workflows to exclude documentation branches, which reduced unnecessary CI runs and improved feedback speed for developers. Focused on automation and governance, these changes increased reliability and efficiency in the development pipeline, ensuring higher traceability and quality for all code contributions without introducing customer-facing features.
