Terje Heum Seljasen focused on optimizing the DesignManual application within the nsbno/spor repository by increasing CPU and memory allocation to improve throughput and scalability under higher load. Using Terraform and leveraging skills in Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps, Terje implemented targeted resource provisioning to support concurrent design tasks, enabling the application to handle greater concurrency and growing workloads. The work was isolated to a single, maintainable performance change, ensuring stability while enhancing business value through faster design workflows and reduced latency. Over the course of the month, Terje delivered one feature, with all efforts directed toward infrastructure as code and performance optimization.
