During November 2025, Zylf2016 focused on localizing the KOReader User Guide within the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository, delivering Chinese (Simplified Han) translations for 86.7% of the guide’s content. Leveraging PO files and the Weblate platform, Zylf2016 established a translation workflow that integrates Git-based change tracking, supporting scalable and maintainable localization efforts. The work emphasized documentation, localization, and translation skills, introducing progress indicators to track ongoing translation status. By improving accessibility for Chinese-speaking users and laying the foundation for broader internationalization, Zylf2016’s contributions addressed both immediate user needs and the long-term scalability of the localization pipeline.
