During January 2025, Jammin focused on establishing documentation governance within the hiero-ledger/governance repository by implementing dedicated access groups and updating configuration files. Leveraging configuration management skills and working primarily with YAML, Jammin created and configured the hiero-docs-maintainers and hiero-docs-committers groups, defining maintainers and members to manage documentation permissions. This approach introduced granular, auditable access control, reducing manual coordination and supporting scalable collaboration. The work laid a foundation for controlled contributions and compliance in documentation processes. No bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on delivering this core governance feature with a clear, maintainable configuration structure.
