Developed a core documentation governance capability for the hiero-ledger/governance repository by introducing dedicated access groups and updating configuration files using YAML. Focused on configuration management, the work established scalable and auditable controls for documentation assets, reducing manual coordination and enhancing security. The approach involved creating and defining maintainers and members for new groups, enabling granular permissions and supporting compliance requirements. All changes were delivered through a single feature update, with no bug fixes during the period. This foundation allows for controlled contributions to documentation, ensuring that collaboration remains manageable as the project grows and compliance needs evolve.
