Developed and delivered a comprehensive continuous integration, testing, and deployment infrastructure for the galaxyproject/galaxy repository, focusing on automating quality assurance and release processes. Leveraged Python, Bash, and YAML to create CI scripts that enforce test class naming conventions, integrate linting steps, and automate both end-to-end and integration testing. This work improved test discoverability, maintainability, and early detection of style regressions, while reducing release risk and accelerating feedback cycles. The infrastructure was aligned with the qiskit interactive tool to ensure compatibility within automated workflows, resulting in a more reliable and efficient deployment pipeline for the project’s ongoing development.
