Worked on stabilizing infrastructure deployment for the cloud-pi-native/socle repository, focusing on improving the reliability of ArgoCD by addressing a critical bug in initContainers rendering. Applied DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices to refactor Jinja templates, ensuring initContainers were correctly nested and conditionally included based on the dockerAccount.enabled setting. This targeted fix reduced deployment risks and minimized potential downtime by guaranteeing that init containers are reliably applied during ArgoCD infrastructure rollouts. The work emphasized careful template management and conditional logic, resulting in a more robust deployment process without introducing new features during the period under review.
