During June 2025, contributed a targeted feature enhancement to the trufflesecurity/trufflehog repository, focusing on backend development and security scanning using Go. Developed an update for the Ngrok detector to handle HTTP 403 Forbidden responses, enabling the tool to recognize potential secrets even when access is denied due to permissions. This approach improved detection coverage in restricted environments, reducing the risk of missed secrets and increasing the robustness of real-world deployments. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with primary value delivered through this single, well-scoped feature that strengthened the reliability and resilience of secret detection workflows.
