Thioby developed a custom Homeclaw integration for Home Assistant, contributing to the home-assistant/brands repository. This work enabled users to connect and manage Homeclaw devices directly within the Home Assistant platform, expanding automation capabilities and device support. Thioby’s approach centered on Python-based API integration, leveraging full stack development skills to ensure seamless device communication and user experience. The project involved collaborative Git workflows, including co-authoring with other contributors, and established a foundation for future device and partner integrations. Over the course of the month, Thioby delivered a single, well-scoped feature, demonstrating depth in integration development and cross-team collaboration.
