Worked on internationalization improvements for the penpot/penpot repository, focusing on refining Chinese (Traditional Han) translations to enhance clarity and consistency for end users. Leveraged localization expertise and PO file management to update translation files, ensuring accurate attribution and maintainability by correcting the Last-Translator field. The approach emphasized aligning with the broader localization roadmap, establishing a stable foundation for future expansion of zh-Hant language support. Collaborated using Git-based workflows to deliver polished UI string translations, directly improving onboarding and user experience for Chinese-speaking users. Demonstrated skills in internationalization, localization, and translation management throughout the month’s development efforts.
