Worked on targeted reliability improvements across Azure/Azure-Network-Security and microsoft/shell-intune-samples repositories, focusing on DNS management and macOS configuration. Addressed DNS wildcard handling for azurefd.net by refining regular expressions and scripting logic in Shell and PowerShell, which improved DNS record identification and reduced false positives in validation. In the macOS configuration domain, enhanced a shell script to disable .DS_Store creation by introducing pre-change safety checks, ensuring idempotent and reliable deployments. The work emphasized robust bug fixes over new features, demonstrating a methodical approach to stability and maintainability through precise scripting, regular expression tuning, and careful validation of system state.
