Anchi Liu focused on enhancing the developer experience for the janhq/cortex.cpp repository by refining its build and onboarding documentation. Over the course of one month, Anchi updated the README to provide explicit, step-by-step instructions for building from source, including detailed Bash commands for cloning the repository, initializing submodules, configuring vpkg, and verifying execution with relative paths. This work addressed common setup ambiguities, reducing onboarding time and minimizing build errors for both new contributors and continuous integration environments. The effort demonstrated technical writing, build systems expertise, and proficiency with Markdown, resulting in clearer, more reliable documentation without introducing new features or bug fixes.
