During June 2025, T.J. Coleman enhanced the NREL/OpenStudio and NREL/openstudio-standards repositories by focusing on release engineering, CI/CD workflows, and data handling robustness. He progressed multiple release candidates, introducing stable gem references and per-platform MD5 checksums to ensure reliable builds. In OpenStudio, he implemented incremental build workflows on Ubuntu 22.04 using GitHub Actions and Docker, improving cross-platform compatibility and workflow clarity. For openstudio-standards, he addressed data loading issues by refining file existence checks and standardizing CSV encoding to UTF-8 without BOM. His work leveraged CMake, Ruby, and YAML, demonstrating depth in build system management and cross-system reliability.
