Worked on the polkadot-staking-dashboard repository to enhance the user interface for dark mode, focusing on accessibility and visual consistency. Addressed readability issues by improving color contrast for dark-theme buttons and refining the visibility of modal close buttons, making them more discoverable on hover. All updates were consolidated into a single, traceable commit to maintain clear project history. Utilized CSS and SCSS to implement these front end improvements, ensuring that dark-mode users experience reduced friction during onboarding. The work targeted UI polish rather than bug fixes, emphasizing accessibility and supporting broader user adoption through thoughtful, incremental interface enhancements.
