Developed and delivered a new integration testing workflow for the 3scale Operator within the openshift/release repository, focusing on enhancing the CI/CD pipeline. The work introduced dedicated test steps and YAML-based configurations, enabling earlier detection of integration issues and improving overall release confidence. Leveraging skills in CI/CD automation, integration testing, and Kubernetes, the workflow expanded test coverage and streamlined the operator deployment process. Git-based traceability was maintained through well-documented commits, supporting maintainability and transparency. This targeted engineering effort addressed the need for robust integration testing, reducing post-merge risks and contributing to smoother, more reliable OpenShift release cycles for operator updates.
