During August 2025, Teresa Yamana focused on enhancing metadata quality for the cdcepi/FluSight-forecast-hub repository. She addressed a data governance issue by correcting contributor email addresses in the CU-ensemble metadata, ensuring accurate contact information for Rami Yaari and herself. This work involved careful metadata management using YAML, with changes linked to a specific commit for traceability. Although no new features were released, her efforts improved data provenance and reduced the risk of miscommunication within the project. The scope of work was targeted and precise, demonstrating attention to detail in maintaining reliable notifications and upholding standards for metadata accuracy.
